Eleanor is the Head of the Glasgow Private Wealth and Tax team.

Lisa is a Legal Director in the Property and Infrastructure team at Shepherd and Wedderburn, focusing on energy transactions. Lisa has acted for developers, funders and landowners on projects of varying scales and covering most technologies.

Andrew specialises in banking and securitisation.

Phil is a finance Partner focussing on debt and equity real estate finance.

Suzanne is a member of the finance and restructuring team, based in Edinburgh.

Louisa is a partner within the pensions team and has an extensive range of experience advising on all pensions law issues for trustees and companies.

Matt is a dual qualified real estate and commercial property solicitor and has experience across a broad range of real estate work including landlord and tenant commercial leasing, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development and property finance.

Alexandra Lane is a senior associate in the Rural Property and Business, and a member of the Rural Property Disputes Team, based in Aberdeen. She is accredited as a specialist in Agricultural Law by the Law Society of Scotland.

Hamish has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Agricultural Law since 2000 with particular expertise in relation to agricultural tenancy work and a wide involvement advising on agricultural and rural legal work of all kinds.
