Richard specialises in rural property matters, dealing with the purchase and sale of rural property including estates, farms, crofts and country houses, agricultural leases, wind farms, hydro-electric and telecommunication mast leases, mineral prospecting leases and all aspects of law relating to land outwith urban areas.

David has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including both development and investment work across a range of sectors with particular expertise in real estate finance transactions.
