Kirstin is a Solicitor in the Corporate Finance team.
She advises businesses in a range of sectors on transactions including share and asset sales, joint ventures and Seed – Series C funding rounds, and on general corporate matters.
- Acting as Scottish counsel on English based share sales/purchase deals.
- Acting for a Scottish renewables business in their share sale and new investment into the business.
- Advising renewables clients on their joint ventures and corporate contracts in anticipation of receiving their Gate 2 Offer.
- Advising businesses on equity and debt funding and preparing Investment/Loan Agreements.
