Vikki has a wide range of commercial property experience.
She has advised on all aspects of real estate matters with an emphasis on institutional investment, commercial leasing for a variety of tenant occupiers, owner/occupier real estate and other asset management work for a variety of sectors and telecommunications mast leases. She also has considerable experience of dealing with administrators and refinancing.
- Acting for a public sector organisation on the negotiation and conclusion of leases between the landlord and specialist life science companies; the negotiation and conclusion of ground leases; complex overage agreements; and variations to servitudes and profit share agreements.
- Acting for owner/occupiers on general Scottish property matters, including the development of testing facilities involving bespoke drafting and solutions, disposals (including clawback provisions), complex lease arrangements in relation to extensions to existing estates.
- Acting for institutional investors in the sale and acquisition of various properties (office, retail, industrial and other sectors) often within strict timescales, including carrying out title investigations, reporting, and dealing with all aspects of the contracts and conveyancing matters.
- Acting for major UK telecommunications provider in relation to their Scottish based properties, including preparing, negotiating and agreeing leases, supporting litigation under the Telecommunications Code; and all other asset management requirements.
