Martyna is a Solicitor in our Employment team, based in Aberdeen. She has experience in all areas of employment law and HR issues across different sectors.
Her clients include FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, and span the financial services, private equity, and energy and resources sectors. Martyna has significant experience in high-stakes and sensitive internal investigations involving senior executives, as well as advising on the employment aspects of multibillion-pound M&A.
Martyna has also advised clients in the financial services sector on compliance with the Senior Managers Certification Regime, and on regulatory employment issues. Her work spans both advisory and contentious matters, often involving complex, high-value, or reputationally sensitive issues.
