Lucy is our Director of Human Resources – a key strategic leadership role in our firm. She is ultimately responsible for all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, and development.
As part of this, she develops the firm’s policies on a wide range of issues, and plays a leading role in ensuring that they embedded in the firm’s operations. Diversity is an area of particular focus for us, and Lucy works closely with our Chair Gillian Carty to drive continuous improvement. She is also responsible for the firm’s numerous and wide-ranging training initiatives.
