Lucy is a Senior Solicitor in our English Property & Infrastructure team.
She has experience of advising a range of clients across the real estate and energy sectors including on commercial leasing, real estate finance (for acquisitions and re-financing), telecommunications and renewable energy projects.
She has also completed a six-month secondment to the in-house legal department of a UK telecommunications operator, where she assisted in securing both new sites and renewal of leases of their existing portfolios.
- A member of the core delivery team for a major offshore windfarm development, assisting with title diligence and reporting, negotiating option agreements, transaction management and reporting and ad hoc property advice in relation to a cable route consisting of over 200 landowners.
- Advising a lender on the real estate elements of its financing of a portfolio of central London office and retail spaces.
- Acting for an energy developer on the procurement of option agreements for the development of battery energy storage facilities across England and Wales.
- Advising an investor on their acquisitions of retail and office spaces across central London, as well as advising on their ongoing lease management matters.
