Euan is a Senior Solicitor in our Corporate Finance team.
He advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, private equity investments and company restructurings. Euan is experienced in several sectors, with a particular focus on clean energy, life sciences and technology. In 2023 he completed a six-month secondment with ScottishPower’s Strategic Projects and Transactions team.
- Advising Nuclear Liabilities Fund on its approx £400 million investment into the Sizewell C nuclear power station as part of the Amber Infrastructure Group consortium.
- Advising Four Zeros Energy Ltd on their partnership with Vergia, in the rollout of green hydrogen across the UK, with the first phase being the development of a project in St Austell.
- Advising a UK renewable energy utilities platform on its equity fund raising.
- Advising ScottishPower Energy Networks on the acquisition of a UK tech company.
- Advising a leading worldwide end-to-end video streaming solutions provider on its acquisition of a UK tech company.
- Advising on the sale of Scottish vehicle hire specialist to global group, SIXT SE.
- Advising on the sale of Grant Westfield Limited to Norcos plc.
- Acted for Parsley Box Limited in their pre-initial public offering investment round and on its initial public offering and admission to London’s Alternative Investment Market.
- Advising the Scottish National Investment Bank on its mixed equity and loan note financing of Trojan Energy.
- Advising the Scottish National Investment Bank on its convertible loan note financing of Industrial Nature Limited.
- Advising the Scottish National Investment Bank on its follow-on investment into Forev.
- Advising the Scottish National Investment Bank on its equity financing of Integrated Graphene.
