Cameron is a HR/L&D Executive, responsible for graduate recruitment events and work experience.
He is also the key contact for modern apprentices.
Creating an environment in which colleagues are encouraged to develop their skills is a priority for the firm, and Cameron manages a range of early careers development including training for both legal and business services colleagues. He also founded the Young Persons Group and currently sits on the Charity Committee.
