She acts for a number of corporate lenders and borrowers, with a particular focus on real estate investment and development finance. She has particular experience in relation to the hotel, student accommodation, office, retail, later living and residential asset classes.
- Advising on an approx £52 million loan to a global investment firm to fund the acquisition of an office building in the City of London.
- Advising on an approx.£35 million loan to a student accommodation provider to refinance existing indebtedness secured against student accommodation in Edinburgh.
- Advising on an approx.£25 million senior loan to London property developer, secured against a 4.6-acre freehold site in Richmond to be developed into a 453-unit residential scheme.
- Refinancing a series of loans secured against luxury serviced apartment block buildings in West London with a cumulative value of over £70m.
- Advising on an approx.£25 million loan-on-loan to fund the acquisition of a property in Elephant & Castle and the application for planning consent for redevelopment.
