She advises on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including leasing (landlord and tenant), asset management, funding, investment acquisitions and disposals, across a diverse range of assets. These include offices, retail parks, shopping centres, industrial estates and student accommodation.
- Advising investor Landlord's in relation to new leases and asset management of various retail premises including a shopping centre and large Scottish retail parks.
- Acting for an investor in respect of the Scottish aspects of the acquisition of a large industrial portfolio.
- Advising private individuals in respect of the disposal of high street hospitality premises.
