- Advising a medical technology company in relation to allegations of non-payment of fees and advising our client on a counter-claim regarding the quality of services provided.
- Advising a food manufacturer in relation to a product contamination claim against its supplier.
- Advising a food packaging manufacturer in relation to the potential infringement of its food packaging technology patent and allegations of misleading advertising by a competitor.
