Agata Starczewska

Agata is a Senior Solicitor in the Projects team, and advises public and private sector clients and funders on operational Public Private Partnership (PPP)/Private Finance Initiative (PFI), and hub model projects. 

Agata advises clients on hub projects from the initial instruction through to their completion and into the operational stages of PFI projects and variations. She advises clients across various sectors, and has particular expertise in healthcare, education and housing.
